Abstract
THE STUDY FOUND THAT THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS BIASED AGAINST THE LOWER SOCIAL CLASSES. THE STUDY WAS BASED ON CONTROLLED OBSERVATIONS OF COURT PROCEEDINGS AND INTERVIEWS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE SELECTION OF WEST GERMAN CRIMINAL COURT JUDGES. --IN GERMAN
