Abstract
EXEMPTION OF WOMEN FROM JURY SERVICE IS EXAMINED AS A VIOLATION OF THE DEFENDANT'S SIXTH AND FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS TO A FAIR JURY TRIAL. RELATED CASES PENDING BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT ARE ALSO DISCUSSED.
