IT IS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIETY TO SET STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR. VIOLENCE, PORNOGRAPHY, AND DRUG ABUSE DO NOT NOW PRESENT A THREAT TO THE SOCIAL ORDER, SO THAT DAMAGING OVER-REACTION IS NOT JUSTIFIED.
