Abstract
THE THREE PHASES OF ANY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - THE BEGINNING, MIDDLE, AND END - ARE IDENTIFIED IN TERMS OF THEIR DIFFERING SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. LARGE SITES WILL GENERALLY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL GUARDS FOR ADEQUATE PROTECTION. UPGRADING SECURITY EQUIPMENT IS ALSO SUGGESTED, INCLUDING PROVIDING WATCHMEN WITH CARS FOR GREATER ACCESSIBILITY.
