Abstract
THE HELPING RELATIONSHIP TO BE ENGERED BETWEEN CLIENT AND STAFF BY THIS APPROACH IS EXPLAINED, AS IS THE INTERACTION OF THE PROBATION STAFF MEMBERS WHILE THEY HELP EACH OTHER TO UNDERSTAND THE CLIENT AND PLAN FOR HIM AN EFFECTIVE COMBINATION OF SERVICES.
