Abstract
THE AUTHOR IS OF THE OPINION THAT CRIMES ARE PRECIPITATED BY OPPORTUNITY AND THEREFORE, THE SWITCH FROM A MONEY ECONOMY TO A CREDIT ECONOMY WOULD GREATLY REDUCE THE OPPORTUNITY, AND HENCE, AND REDUCE CRIME.
